President

Clint Mann is President of Urban Pace, which, under the Long & Foster Companies umbrella, provides marketing, sales, leasing and advisory services to real estate developers. As the Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate in the Mid-Atlantic, Urban Pace is the only such firm with luxury and global reach. Urban Pace specializes in condominiums, townhomes, apartments and new construction sites across all price points. Over his 18-year career, Clint has managed the sales and marketing of more than 140 communities in six states and the District of Columbia, encompassing a total sales value in excess of $4 billion.

From townhomes in downtown Philadelphia, to luxury waterfront condominiums in Florida, Clint’s range of experience encompasses both affordable housing and the highest-end condominium community ever sold in Washington, D.C.

Clint is the Housing Committee Co-Chair for the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, is a member of the Board of Directors for the DC Building Industry Association (DCBIA), is on the Advisory Board for Capital Bank, is an active member of the Urban Land Institute of Washington (ULI) and is a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors.

Clint holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing from George Washington University. He is also an active member of the Leadership Council and past Board Vice-Chair for Sitar Arts Center, an arts education center serving over 800 students a year from low-income households in the Washington, DC area.

Clint is a longtime resident of Washington, DC and lives in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood with his husband Andrew and their dog Daisy.
